    Role Summary:

    Reporting to the CEO, the Corporate Pilot must bring a service philosophy and has complete responsibility for the safety of themselves, the passengers and the aircraft.

    Responsibilities:

    The company pilot is responsible for all flight operations of the company’s Citation CJ2 Jet aircraft in a single pilot operation. In addition, they will assist with management of any contract pilots when needed. This position is the only full-time professional pilot employed by Highland Ventures at the present time.

    Single pilot qualified in CE500 or CE525S type rating.

    All flights conducted under part 91 operations.

    TT 5000 hrs, TT Turbine PIC Single Pilot time 3000 hrs, TT Jet PIC 2000 hrs.

    Rockwell Proline 21 experience

    Willing to fly 250+ hours per year

    All weather flights Single Pilot IFR

    File all flight plans.

    Prepare aircraft for departure on all flights.

    Return aircraft to the hanger on all flights including cleaning, as necessary.

    Understand and determine all necessary weather conditions necessary for safe flight.

    Maintain strict company safety policies especially around company mandated operating procedures.

    Exercise winter weather flying in known icing conditions.

    Demonstrate practical winter weather ground operations including all required de-icing procedures.

    Perform timely aircraft preparation including fueling, catering, preflight, and clearance prior to passenger arrival.

    Aircraft Management and Maintenance

    Complete Aircraft Management Including But Not Limited To

    Tracking of all phased inspections through Cescom.

    Scheduling of all maintenance with Textron on field maintenance or West Star Aviation.

    Periodic cleaning and detailing of the aircraft.

    Aircraft cleanliness and readiness before and after every flight.

    Update of all Collins & Jeppesen databases.

    Monthly monitor and management of Williams Tap Blue program.

    Scheduling of any interior or painting upgrades to the aircraft.

    Commission the aircraft after all major inspections.

    Manage annual inspections.

    Ground Support Services

    Management of all vehicle gate cards and decals.

    Annual gate card renewal.

    Interface with all line crew operations at all airports.

    Restock all beverages and snacks of choice for all flights.

    Coordinate entrance of all non-gate card passengers onto the airport ramp for every flight.

    Load all passenger’s bags and luggage.

    Coordinate with the CEO and Executive Assistant on the plane calendar and schedule.

    Determine the closest airport for each flight based on the lead passengers desired location.

    Determine FBO for each flight based on services required and lowest cost of fuel.

    Manage annual membership with CAA fuel program, CJP, NBAA.

    Financial and Budget Management:

    Perform complete management of the flight departments budget, including but not limited to:

    Manage the aircraft and flight budget and expenditures.

    Forecast major inspections.

    Budget fuel costs based on historic fuel burns and average annual fuel budget.

    Track, manage and reconcile all pilot/plane expenses on designated corporate AMEX card

    Submit quarterly flight logs to accounting

    Review, approve, and submit all monthly invoices.

    Review all aircraft maintenance invoices with the CEO.

    Education and Training

    Schedule and manage all annual education and recurrent training in order to maintain pilot license on the CJ2.

  • Owner and part 135 operator of Challenger 604 (after complete renovation with brand new interior) is looking for an experienced PIC for full time position.

    We are located and are looking for pilots in Miami, Florida. Airfield is KOPF, Opa-Locka.

    Relocation will be necessary if you aren't living in the area.

    Position is 1099 contract or a full time hiring. Training is paid by the company on an annual contract basis. We offer an opportunity to grow within our flight department for a manager-flying position.

    Requirements:

    Total flying time – 3000 hours at least

    Jet flying time – 1500 hours at least

    Jet flying time as part 135 – 1000 hours at least

    Part 135 PIC in type in the last 3 years of work experience – 500 hours at least

    Aforementioned part 135 PIC experience in the last 3 years must have been done on a Challenger 600~ series aircrafts or similar heavier aircraft frames (e.g. Gulfstream 450-500-550, Global 6000, Airliner 121, Embraer 145 and etc.)

    FAA issued certificate.

    Type rating CL604 is a must

  • Job Summary

    Looking for a team oriented individual to join our FAR 91 flight department who will Captain our 2008 Cessna (Textron) Citation C680 Sovereign. The Captain reports to the Chief Pilot

    Our single aircraft department based at Chicago Executive (KPWK) flies 300 hours per year domestically with occasional trips to Canada.

    Recurrent pilot training consists of PIC 61.58 at Flight Safety biannually, UPRT annually, and CPR/First Aid biennially.

    Pilots are scheduled in a rotation of three weeks available for duty and one week off with occasional deviations as necessary.

    This is a salaried position with full company benefits of Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K match, and two weeks of vacation.

    Job Duties

    Supervise the flight crew.

    Conducting flight operations in accordance with international, federal, state, local and corporate regulations.

    Analyze weather conditions with the Co-Pilot/First Officer and make decisions regarding possible delays, rerouting or flight cancellations.

    Calculating weight and balance, take-off and landing distances, climb requirements, and fuel load considering consumption plus required reserve.

    Filing IFR ICAO flight plans and (for international operations) filing EAPIS and making Customs arrangements.

    Participating in the SMS and completing a FRAT for each flight.

    Ensuring required aircraft certificates, manuals, and charts are on board the aircraft prior to commencing a flight.

    Supervising the flight crew, ground crew, and aircraft servicing.

    Coordinating with the Director of Maintenance and Chief Pilot regarding any aircraft discrepancies requiring maintenance.

    Having knowledge of and adhering to regulations including recent flight experience and SOP’s;

    Attending regularly scheduled ground and simulator training, maintaining flight proficiency and knowledge of all flight operations, regulations and aircraft systems.

    Maintaining current required licenses and certificates to comply with company, ICAO (as applicable) and FAA requirements.

    Arrange alternate transportation for passengers if their flight schedule is affected.

    Complete all necessary documents fully and accurately.

    Adhere to 5S standards (e.g., maintain cleanliness of work area, etc.)

    Follow all Safety, Environmental and Quality policies, and procedures.

    Perform other duties as assigned

    Responsibilities include transporting the owner and C-Level Executives, determining the safest routes, analyzing flight plans and weather conditions, calculating fuel, and inspecting operation systems and navigation equipment.

    The PIC will receive a schedule in advance of all required travel. On average, you will fly 5 days per month with an annual flight hour requirement of 141.3 hours. Destinations will include Jacksonville, Fort Meyers, Puerto Rico, and other Florida locations. The PIC will be required to leave the jet at all final locations with the owner.
